UAE Residency by Property Investment

Here is a great opportunity to get your 2 year UAE resident visa from Dubai Land Department and enjoy all the benefits of UAE residency. The only requirement there is here is that you property should be valued at AED 1mln (USD 274k) or more.
The procedure requires the relevant documents to be typed in Arabic and submitted to the Land Department. The associated government fees to get your investor visa stamped in the passport will be about AED 14,500.
To start the process of obtaining an investor visa the following documents required:
- Title deed
- Valuation certificate
- Passport copy of the owner
- Applicant must be inside the country
The process will be as following:
- Get license from Dubai Land Department
- Issue entry permit, change the status, medical test
- Get you passport stamped with the visa
